Our Male to Female ratio is 9 to 15 or 37.5% male and 62.5% female (CK’s favorite stat!)
Of the official 24 members of the Lifestyle Studio - 13 are currently titled, which equates to 54.2%

Roger Martin: Business & Design Thinking →
One of my favorite speakers from the AIGA Make/Think conference, he articulated that Design Thinking is the hybrid between Intuitive and Analytical Thinking. Goes like this:
Analytical Thinking Purpose: Prove through induction & deducation Goal: Reliability, consistent outcome
Intuitive Thinking Purpose: To know without explicit reasoning Goal: Validity, outcome that meets the objective
